Great place to stay for weekend or week

Indeed we were in Olympic Resort because Alexander was on repair. But it is same company Kaninka. I am pleased with service and price-value ratio. Personal is friendly and tries to help. Location is great next to sea, restaurants are just wonderful and cozy. Hotel is quiet with great variety of entertainment and kids/teens club. All Inclusive selection is above average. Rooms are big and clean, towels are changed 2 times a day.

SPA is not that good in comparison to any Estonian SPA (low variety of saunas and steam sauna is paid additionally) but I guess it is not the goal for summer tourists. Indoor pool works in winter with access for kids, but usually its doors/windows are open so it is cold there.

Very Good

The room was excellent but I think the water from the mini bar should be free. We paid 4 euro for 2 (500ml) small bottles of water. I believe that, since we have paid already 221 euro the room they shouldn't charge 4 euro extra for the water.

We like the veranda and the the view from the hotel. Also we liked the gym and the internal swimming pool.

Very nice, kind and helpfull staff in receptiin and on breakfast time. Great location, very good breakfast, large room.

A little tired first line hotel with perfect customer's care

A little tired first line hotel with perfect customer's care. Good breakfast with sparkling wine on Sunday's, clean and cozy rooms and amazing personnel. Good spa zone with sauna and steam for relaxing mood in Cyprus middle-season.

If you need quite stay better to book sea or side view room. There are street renovation nearby make a street view room a little noizy.

Nice stay but disappointed with the breakfast.

The sea view from our room was nice. We could enjoy the sunset.

We were disappointed about the breakfast. There was quantity but low quality. The pastries were not so tasty including the homemade waffles. Also the scrabbled eggs were swimming in liquid. A long queue was forming so maybe the buffet should be better organised.

It was a nice experience; I enjoyed my time and will go back

Location and sea front, beautiful set up just above the beach; I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, fresh towels and linen. The highlight was the access from this hotel on a long stretch boardwalk on beach that takes you to the lively harbour area and the old castle. Also the location of the hotel; close to everything in the city.

Breakfast, although a very rich and full buffet. However it could be more tasty.. coffee was not great… white and yellow cheese very limited.

Excellent and efficient hotel with great facilities and staff.

The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance from the main area for shops, bars and restaurants, but is far enough along the bay to be quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was always excellent and staffed very efficiently. The hotel staff were all excellent and the room we had, overlooking the pool and the sea was very clean and comfortable. They run a system for pool sun beds that means you have your own sun Beds allocated for the duration of your stay, which is an excellent bonus! We would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel. Although it is quiet a large hotel, 200 rooms, it still had a nice personal feel with excellent staff who managed all services with great efficiency. Excellent!

Lovely 4 night break away, staff very professional. Would recxommend but not a fan of the sun lounger system. Clientele

Good location, excellent food both buffet and in the a la carte restaurants. The food in 7 Orchids was superb. Very clean, nice pool and spa facility. Alexander’s bar was pleasant and served great cocktails. All staff were very pleasant. We had a room overlooking the pool and sea which was worth the extra few pounds for the view.

They have a sun bed allocation system. The pool attendant allocates you your beds on arrival and they remain yours for the duration. This is great if you get one by the pool but in practice you can end up in the shade or down on the grass alongside the public promenade with members of the public just walking past you constantly and so you can’t just pop in the pool and leave your belongings as you can’t guarantee it’s safe. It’s not a great system and it caused a lot of issues for guests at times down by the pool. I understand the hotel are trying to probably prevent people getting up early to lay down towels which I applaud, but this isn’t the answer. Needs a strict policy eg. no towels to be left before 8.30am otherwise they will be removed and actually remove them. People will soon learn.

Great stay in a beautiful location

Great hotel, in a beautiful location, very helpful staff, everything is very clean, the premises are maintained. The room is comfortable, but does not correspond to the declared size, the bathroom is not very comfortable. The wonderful, perfectly organized breakfast left a great impression.

The room temperature cannot be adjusted independently. Our room was without a balcony with a glass wall facing the sea, so there was no roof to protect us from direct sunlight. Throughout the day, the sun heated the room through this wall. To avoid this, I would close the curtains and turn on the air conditioner when I left in the morning. However, every time the staff cleaned the room, they would draw the curtains, open the window and turn off the air conditioner. In the evenings it was very unpleasant to return to the hot room and it took about 2 or 3 hours before it got cooler. A very unpleasant experience that has not been experienced anywhere in the world. I understand that there are rules, but there are only three of these rooms in the hotel and if you are looking for great service, you have to comply. We arrived at the hotel from Ayia Napa, where we lived in 28 sq. m. in the room, but it was significantly larger even though you declare 35. Taking a shower is very uncomfortable - you have to stand in a slippery plasma bath. I did not understand the policy of changing beach towels - in 5 days they were changed twice and on the last day we went to the beach with towels that were wet from yesterday...

The hotel is just perfect—good value for money.

The hotel is just perfect—good value for money. Not a very large hotel, but with swimming pools, an indoor pool, a spa, a fitness center, 4 restaurants, special places for kids, shows, etc. Everything was within easy reach I liked the professionalism of the employees, and I liked the sunbed allocation system (You had sun beds allocated for your room and you didn't have to worry that someone else would take them). I also like that the staff will find available tables for us in the restaurants. The food was very good Very clean Easy access to the sandy beach Very good position, the town port (where all the action is), is only 10 minutes of easy walk on the beachfront. The city is also nice with history, museums, a zoo, and old ruins. You even get your personal old ruins (tombs) under the hotel and you can visit them. 16 Km or 15 minutes from the airport Just great

Amazing hotel

The room was clean and has everything that you need. The hotel staff were helpful. The breakfast was really good and has lots of varieties. The location was good and near the harbour area and a lot of good restaurants near by.

Only one minor issue the cutlery and glasses in the room was not cleaned properly.
